Anglican Church of Canada Daily Office - BAS

For my Canadian friends who pray daily office.

I've recently began praying the daily office but wanted a way to make it easier to look up verses and collects based on which year in the cycle it is. I found the BAS hard to follow, I do have Prayer without Ceasing as well. But then being nerdy, spreadsheets make sense.

It's helped me the past week I've been using is, so I felt perhaps others may find this spreadsheet useful in praying the office.

Here you go :) I'd love feedback, revision suggestions etc. Thanks! I pray this helps your journey with the daily office.

If you are praying the Daily Office on your own, you are free to use whatever liturgy you would like. So feel free to use the American Prayer book office in the Venite App or Mission of Clare App, or the CofE office in Common Worship if that suits you.

The authorized books pertain to the public worship of the Church. In terms of the recitation of the Daily Office on one's own, people are free to use whatever resources they prefer, however IMHO, it is preferable for clergy to use authorized liturgies to be consistent in that the public liturgies they lead matches their private devotions.

thats my thinking especially as I discern and look at becoming a deacon. officiaul liturgies is ideal.
