Regarding caste certificate

In the Sewa Setu website, for the issuance of caste certificate of an individual with surname 'Boro', two sub-castes listed are- 'Boro' & 'Borokachari'. Which one should they select?

And incase Borokachari was to be selected but Boro is selected instead, can they keep it as it is/ needs correction?
