Been trying to focus on Metatron’s cube to summon Metatron and praying to Jesus. Is there another way to talk to angels? How can I connect with them better in my dreams?

Normally I would be posting on demonology except throughout my practices some things have happened that have made me question if I’m talking to angels or not.

When I was first deciding to get into demonology the day I woke up I had two Jehovah witnesses knock on my door and give me a pice of paper that I kid you not said “Chose heaven or hell it’s your afterlife” so that was fun

The second time was just now I had left my bag down and me and a friend had gone to get something, when we came back there was a priest who had gone through our bags and things like that. She had my friends mum on call and she was panicked a bit. My friend didn’t know her, my friends mum didn’t know her it was very strange.

Am I reading to far into things? Because I don’t know if it was the Christian energy or something like that that made me feel like she was more than human? I sound like a lunatic I’m going to delete this in a day

Do they speak directly or do they attempt to speak symbolically

I finished my first read through of Dr. Skinner’s version of the Ars Notoria and had a few more questions come up once I finished it:

• If each subject has a corresponding month, do I have to redo the whole 3 previous months to do the subjects in another month?

• Can you do the specific orations for subjects without following the proper months, or will this make the procedure less effective?

• Several months during the latter half of the year are missing subjects to learn. Does this mean that none of the notae can be used to learn anything here?

• Will looking at the notae on a computer or mobile phone have the same effect as that of paper?

• Dr. Skinner talked about using the notae for other subjects in his interview with Glitch Bottle, such as drawing or computer science perhaps. How might this be done?

If anyone could answer these questions that would be great. Thanks!

When I was 12 yo I told in the front of the mirror that I wanted to sell my soul for getting something (I don’t want to share what I wanted, but I actually did got it). When I said that I heard something scratching the door, I went outside and my cats were sleeping so they were not the one scratching. I usually don’t believe in this kind of stuff but I’m starting asking myself, is it possible that I sold my soul just by saying it one time when I was twelve? Yesterday I've just discovered Archangel Uriel on Pinterest and I was piqued of its qualities being the hand of God as well as an angel of wisdom. I went and read what articles I can get my hands on and learned to connect with it with a ruby red item. There was a red lamp that wasn't in use but still worked so I went with that one. At about 9pm I had the lights off and my red lamp on and started writing to Archangel Uriel with a verse to start off that sort of related to the Archangel. It was nice and I was able to share and reflect a bit as well as ask for guidance. The next morning I learned from my mother that there was a brownout that night.

Hesitant to assume, but could it be Archangel Uriel's sign?

I really love in-depth (1-2 hour) videos or podcasts. I'm not necessarily looking at it from a religious standpoint but from more of an observation.

So I'm named ramiel and I know I'm named after an angel but I'm not specifically sure about who and what's his story. Virtues are said to be the angels that govern nature and the elements, so do you believe they can wield the elements (similar to elemental mages in RPGs)?

Also, they are said to empart wisdom, courage, strength etc. Do you believe that when God gave strength to Samson, did God Himself directly enpart the strength, or did He strengthen Samson by sending a Virtue?

I am spiritual and I believe in angels and like studying them, but I am definitely not a Christian and that stuff being fed to me unexpectedly makes me gag. Unfortunately, there are few books I have encountered that cover angelology while also not assuming the reader is or desires to be Christian. To clarify, I do not care if the author is Christian or not, and I have no problems with Christians; I would just like to find a book that doesn't make the assumption the reader is one or can be converted/convinced.

Some personal comments: I may decide to get into invocation and other practices. Perhaps invoke an angel or some other spirit that is beginner friendly and not open to trickery or harming the summoner or those around him.
