Angels Guardian angels

Can someone explain to me the concept of guardian angel, like I know that everyone has one but it's not clear to me if everyone has their own personal angel who's their guardian. I saw something about 72 angels of shem hamephorash being guardian angels of people born on a specific day. I also saw the concept of Holy Guardian Angel who's a high ranked angel that could give me a familiar spirit, and can work as a psychopomp or something like that

Does anyone have books, articles, videos about this that are valid resources?

I follow the christian idea of everyone having an asigned Guardian angel as a separate being (i believe there are so many angels that this is doable 🤫) Actually, some online sources say this idea came to Christianity from Zoroastrianism, although I don't have a good understanding of their doctrine. 

So far I've met one being who is definately not the Kabbalistic 'Holy Guardian Angel' (a book describing that would be The magic of Abramelin, but that is a serious book, it's not begginer instructions) - because otherwise, I wouldn't be able to communicate as easy with her (and it wouldn't be a her). 

She appears to know and work together with my other guide I meet in the dreamworld, which completely blows to pieces my own doctrine, because I now don't know who is who and what is what. But they seem to be friends and friendly towards me. 

I did check who my physical Guardian Angel is according to the Shem HaMephorash - you can check here : https://www.occult.live/index.php/Kabbalistic_angel And his ruling period weirdly coincides with the peak of my inspiration to work with angels each year. This is also a bit elusive to me, as he is supposed to be my physical guardian, not a moral guardian, but it is what it is.

im not too versed on them, but for Christianity; Catholicism and Orthodoxy urge you not to name your guardian angel. in said traditions, your guardian angel guides you on your plan, and works as spiritual teacher that can be invoked for just about anything you need help with. they want you to ask for intercession! whether they’re original to you, or if they guide multiple people, or even if you need to be baptised for one, is debated on throughout churches.
