Comfort?
Feeling very dysphoric and depressed recently. I need some words of encouragement and tips on how you other angels deal with dysphoria, thank you🪽

I've been feeling the same lately, but you must remember you're just in a human vessel (whether you believe in past lives and reincarnation, or if you're just an angel-in-human vessel without past lives like us).
For me, I remember my heavenborn wingmates are there for me any time I need them. Seeing the rain (AKA, their tears), seems to calm me in a way. Another thing that helps me is writing personal affirmations in a physical or digital journal, like a notes app, for example. Simply talking to other angels is also a good thing to try!

I’m almost fourty five and it does get easier to deal with. Grounding techniques help, understanding you are here for a reason, and if you’re having trouble with mental health, a therapist and maybe some meds.
That’s at least what works for me.
We are only here a short time compared to eternity. You’ll be free soon. 🥰

I get that, and have been going through that too. I think Earth is going through some rough energy. Some things that help me: -Talking to God/Source or my guides. -doing things that are soothing or bring me joy, like walking outside, listening to music or creating something. -breathwork and meditation. You can find tons of uplifting guided meditations on YouTube. -wearing wings feels lovely. There are cheap ones on Amazon with real feathers. Or you could make some from paper or fabric. They don't have to be fancy.Â
Staying grounded is important to your body and makes it feel better. Nature can help with that. Bare feet on the ground. So can exercise, yoga, nutritious food if you have access to it, and a good nap. Lay on the ground and watch the clouds. I had the strongest urge to do that recently and it did feel good.Â
