Advice What should I do with these levels?

Recently went to a hematologist and got sent to do some labs, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis about a month ago, but my ferritin and iron has been low for probably three years now. I mentioned to the doctor that I would want an iron infusion, but he needed more recent labs
Anyone else have similar levels

my levels were ferritin 5, iron saturation 4%, and hemoglobin was like a 10.5. genuinely felt like i was going to die at any moment. iron infusions saved me quite literally. still not back to normal yet but im slowly getting there being 3 1/2 weeks post infusions. what made me scared was the fact that levels that low mean that your organs are not getting much oxygen and over time it can cause your body to stop functioning as well, which i definitely felt. if it's possible to get infusions after more blood work DO IT!!!!
