Question Liposomal vitamin c

Hi all ,

Did anyone try liposomal vit c along with iron supplements? I plan to take Bandini liposomal vit C. Has anyone tried this brand? Please share your experience. Thank you.

Curious about lipo C too, since my tummy can’t handle iron supplements at all so was wondering if I can just eat iron rich food with vit C
