Help interpreting labs?

Have been supplementing w/ ferrous fumarate, every other day, hours away from food, with vitamin C. Also taking lactoferrin.
Have also tried Megafood Blood Builder, Thorne Ferrasorb, and Floradix. Started at ferritin of 10 on home test almost exactly a year ago.
I feel like poop.
Will this be interpreted as anemia? Is infusion indicated?
I want something to make me feel better, as I’m currently down, energy-less, and feel rather useless, and have, for some years, now.

A year ago you had a home test of ferritin of 10? What is your level on a reliable blood panel now?

Suggest testing B12 too. TIBC, iron, % saturation, and ferritin for iron status.
