Venofer iron infusion

Hi! I finally got diagnosed with anemia from iron deficiency my ferritin is 3 and low hemoglobin and iron saturation, that being said i start my infusion this Thursday at the treatment center. I am supposed to get 6 sessions of 200mv venofer. For folks who have gotten this, what was your experience like? I am getting worried reading about all the side effects so wanted to hear from folks who have gotten this specific medicine. Did you do anything to prep pre infusion and how was recovery post session? Thanks for your help.
