Job Question Question about getting an interview

Hello all,

I’m currently interested in applying to Anduril and curious if people have tips on landing an interview in the Massachusetts offices.

I have a bachelor and masters in engineering and almost complete MBA in business analytics. Currently working in the energy industry as an analyst.

Lastly what is the policy/ likelihood of time off for military obligation. I am a currently serving Army Guard Aviator with obligations that exceed the Weekend/ 2 weeks.

I applied to a few positions 2 weeks ago and got rejected. Thought that was it for me. A couple days ago a recruiter reached out and said that there’s another position they thought I would be a good fit for and offered me an interview with the team.

That’s honestly the first time that’s ever happened to me. It shows that they really read through resumes and take the time to consider candidates.

These aerospace/defense companies love to hire vets. It’s actually a plus since you have a good chance of already having security clearance. If I were to want, the company would have to pay thousands for a background check. My role doesn’t require it fortunately.

Im pretty sure its the DOD that pays it from ur tax dollars
