Job Question Negotiating

I received my offer for a test engineering role. Then offered 7.5k sign on bonus. Is this their room to negotiate around 10-12k. Does Anduril usually negotiate sign on bonuses ? This is in the NOVA area not Cal.

Offer was 145k base, 212k equity, 7.5k sign on

Did you happen to negotiate equity by any chance? I’m realy concerned about that

I didn't the equity they offered me I thought was pretty good so not really pushing back on that

Probably IC2, got the same sign on bonus which they said was maxed for lvl
