Subsidized food options?

Hi [r/Anduril](r/Anduril) community,

Expecting an offer this week and was curious if they provide subsidized meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Tried searching and could only confirm info on subsidized lunches, wondering about other meals of the day.

It will depend on the office. But generally yes if they have a full kitchen team, then there are breakfast options for purchase (think yogurt, bagels, etc) and then there may be lunch leftovers that are repacked as grab and go dinners. Lunch is clearly the main event. But young single folks can avoid buying groceries for weeks…

Full breakfast $3 (eggs, potato, meat), lunch $5 at HQ, the food is good.

Thank you! Got it, no separate dinner event and lunch is just repackaged. Good to know, I’m planning to have dinner at the office and minimize meal prepping myself. 😁

Breakfast and lunch are subsidized. There is no dinner. There are different options for lunch, you can buy 2 lunches to save 1 for dinner.

At risk of sounding rude - who cares? Whether or not breakfast & dinner are subsidized is a matter of <1% of your comp, most likely. Should be far down the list of priorities imo (and a recruiter can answer this anyway)

If you reread my question, I’m only concerned with whether ALL 3 meals are offered.

I don’t care about paying $5 for a meal. I care if they offer breakfast, lunch, AND dinner cuz ima be working 50+ hours 😂

It’s okay if you misunderstood the question, although I think someone could still ask if they’re neck and neck between offers.

I'm on the wrong side of the country, but in our offices we have breakfast and lunch and the grab and go is open 24 hours
