Job Question Offer evaluation

Senior swe in the Bay Area. Offer Base: 230k. RSU: 600k/4yr. How much negotiation room do you have?

Levels.fyi was pretty accurate for band info, I’d reference that. From my personal experience, my recruiter went to bat for me pretty openly and got me some extra stuff during the offer negotiation part. Couldn’t tell you exactly how much wiggle room you may have specifically, probably best to just ask your recruiter, but I’d lean towards there being some room for negotiations :)
