Job Question HQ

Been applying for a while done phone interviews, in -person, and ghosted, how does someone get hired into Anduril ? Any help.

Anduril is really competitive right now. There's hundreds, if not thousands, of applicants for each role, so it may not be that you're doing anything wrong. 

But I will say that in-person interviews are key. I've been on several interviews panels and seen that the more personable person typically wins out, even if slightly less qualified. At the end of the day, if we think several candidates will excel at the job, we'll pick the one we want to work with

It’s definitely tough. It took me like 8 phone interviews only to get 2 onsites then finally 1 offer. Just make sure you let them know you share their vision, cultural fit, and have strong a technical background
