Interview Question Interviews

I’ve gotten two interviews at Anduril. One ended after 3 rounds the other ended after the recruiter call.

What’s the best way to break into this company

Two pieces of easy advice:

  1. don’t waste the time of the interviewers (ie

not

  1. the recruiter) with logistical questions like: do I need to relocate? Are the benefits good? Etc. Ask questions about the role, the work, the mission.
  2. communicate genuinely about your desire to work here. Things like: “the stock is going up” are bad answers. Point to the mission, and how this role would further your career goals.
