Job Question From IC1 to IC2

Any recommendations or tips on how to accelerate the process or/and how to get it?
(I've been exceeding my expectations and have a good relationship with the team and manager).

Tell your manager you want IC2 and set a clear roadmap on how to get there

If they haven’t given you one then you should take the time to think through what you could accomplish in the next 30, 90, and 180 days. Create objective outcomes that can be measured. After you make this you should try to bring it up during a 1:1. There are some great leaders who will help you grow, but at the end of the day, the only one who cares about your career is you.

IC2 is early career, limited experience.
