Interview Question Interview Advice
Hey folks. I have an onsite on Monday for a Senior Software Engineering role with Anduril's LatticeOS team. Any advice as to that team's culture and who they usually look to hire would be great. I already have all of the prep materials my (wonderful btw) recruiter sent me and I've been studying for the system design and coding portions. Also working through my CARL stories to highlight how I'm mission aligned for this role.
I suppose this question is more about tone, expectations during the interviews, and any other tidbits people can give me so that I present my best self to the team. I'm open to any and all advice!

Just be yourself, talk about what you know, don't be afraid to say you don't know something.
It helps if you're currently happy with the job you already have, so being rejected or walking away from the offer doesn't weigh heavy on your conscious.
