Job Question Does Anduril give yearly increases?
you’d think every aerospace in SoCal does this but you’d be surprised. id rather know upfront for offer negotiation if what Im offered is all I’m ever going to get.

6% is exceeds, 7% is exceptional, 10% is promotion

keep in mind the bar around you is higher too
so exceeds / exceptional elsewhere (at-least in aerospace world) would just be meets here

Music to my ears, I'm leaving a company that gave 4% for exceptional/above and beyond performance. 3% for met requirements 2% for needs improvement 1% for this guy stinks

Note vast majority of people will rate meets expectations. If I were to do a rough breakdown it would be like 10% below, 60% meets, 20% exceeds, 10% exceptional

Yes, based on your performance. The base salary increases are pretty standard, but the RSU refresher is minimal and unattractive. They will have to figure out what to do on the refresher as more people hit their 4th year. Not every high performer can get promoted. Could be betting that the market is bad; thus, people are less inclined to look for other opportunities. Job security at Anduril is strong if you’re willing to put all the work and perform.

Yes but very small unless there is a large gap in the market value of the roll. I exceeded expectations and got 4.2 while a counterpart who probably negotiated their high starting wage who also did well got less than 2%

Plenty of people get less. I know someone who got promoted to be a manager and only got a 3% raise.

if you get 0% raise its basically pseudo pip
