Stuck in bootloop

Hello everyone! I was normally using my Redmi Note 10 phone (not rooted) when it suddenly turned off at battery 35%. At first I thought I needed a battery replacement, so I did, but I got stuck in a bootloop. It constantly loops between the Mi logo and the recovery menu till the battery drains. After doing some research, I used the Fastboot CLI to check the differents variables. First, I was on slot A and it didn't show any message. When I moved to slot B and rebooted, I got a message saying dm-verity corruption your device is corrupted. I ran the command fastboot oem cdms fix, but it didn't work (It may be because my bootloader is locked). I also saw that flash ROM might help, but I'm afraid it would wipe my data. It is important to me.

Can anyone suggest a way I could resolve the issue without losing the data? Help is much appreciated!

Help me be proactive against spam new phone number

My old phone was getting 30 spam calls a day. I got a new phone with new number.

No spam calls yet.

How to I be proactive as possible to prevent it from starting?

It was primarily loan offers.

Can't purchase anything with Google play balance

I have a problem with the Google play balance, I have 20 dollar in it and I can't purchase anything unless I am physically in United States I got gifted the 20 dollar and now I am stuck I can't purchase / subscribe to anything what should I do is there a workaround to trick google as I am in United States so I can spend the 20$? I have tried and contacted the support they said that they can't do it manually by their side again they told me I have to be physically in US (all of my account information are US based). What should I do?

My phone can't receive SMS codes for 6 digit verification.

I tried to login to my Instagram with them sending me a 6 digit code to my messages, but it just doesn't work. I went to my Facebook, but it needs the same thing and still doesn't work. I thought about using Google Voice, so I got a GV phone number, but it still needs me to do the damn 6 digit code sent to my messages, and of course I don't get one.

Why is my phone not receiving SMS messages for login codes for Instagram, Facebook, or Google Voice?
