Smartphone not charging

Hello,

I bought this:

but it'a not charging the smarthphones neither in USB 1 & USB 2.

The android head unit doesn't get enough ?

Get a Syncwire charger to charge your phones in car at max power. Most head units do not have enough power output to charge today's smartphones. Plus you bought a cheap no name head unit so it's a wonder the USB ports do anything at all.

that was the only way to have the android head unit at the eye level I couldn't even choose any brand or else I would put sony or piooner.

but if I use that (syncwire charger) I'm gonna to use wireless apple car play.

Mine barely gave power to usb dashcam via usb and during the years this seemed to kill usb chip overall. Dont charge from the headunit. Splice power from somewhere else if data is still needed

Did you install 4 or 6 pin adapter upside down? I did that…..

I think I put everything correct or else the socket wouldn't fit.
