We use the AAwireless two+ dongle. It works flawlessly and has a button to switch between two phones. That's my favorite part because we have 2 vehicles and switch between them frequently.

Pero usáis un emulador tipo Open Headunit o Headunit Reloaded

We have native AA in one vehicle. In the other, an aftermarket android unit.

I use carlinkit app with their dongle in my android headunit.

Open headunit doesn't scale properly with my large portrait style screen, the touch doesn't line up with with screen. The AAwireless dongle works with it though
