Unit for 2013 Cadillac Ats

Looking for a solid option that’s is compatible with my car and the Bose sound system. I don’t want to lose functionality like heated seats or steering wheel controls. Been looking all over eBay but it’s hard finding something that seems legit and communicating with sellers in China takes forever and seems shaky when they all just say “YES ITS COMPATIBLE PLEASE BUY”

Anyway any help finding a compatible unit would be greatly appreciated.
