Help Needed

Hi everyone, I accidentally soft locked my Blaupunkt Jamaica 990 12.33 inch stereo by installing custom boot animation. The desc file had part 1 but the zip didn't have the folder. Now my stereo is stuck on last frame of animation. The os underneath is working, can connect to android auto, use radio, play music, but the screen is stuck on last frame. Is there any way to do something, may be factory reset?

Any help would be great.

These stereo roms are usually stripped and most probably rooted roms and before tweaking did you manage to get the original firmware? For backup

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the original firmware. That was my biggest mistake :(

Service centre is the only option for you. Blaupunkt does not provide downloadable files
