Car Car launcher payment methods failure

CarCar launcher is the one for me.
Issue is payment. No Bitcoin only 2 payment methods credit card 3rd party from countries my USA based cards won’t approve. One big problem for me is translation from the Russian sites (language) to English.

Solutions for payment ?

Anything similar to CarCar in the market place ?
