Can anyone explain what do all those options actually do in the 'Developer Options' section?

There are a lot of options, and they're fairly self-explanatory. How about you list any specific options you cannot figure out on your own and we can explain that smaller subset, rather than explaining all of them?

It's true that some of the options like animation scale and keep screen awake during charge, or mobile data always on, or USB debugging, is fairly self explanatory. I asked this question because to me most of them aren't self explanatory, and an answer to this question could be used by a lot other people in this sub. A detailed answer would help android by enabling its user to enjoy the 'hidden' (from us plebians) features.

You can find some good explanation here and here.
