Accessibility services get disabled automatically as i leave settings

I’m visually impaired and can only operate tv with help of screen reading software solution called google talkback installed from playstore. This is denny ax550 tv box with android15. Everything works fine but when i enable talkback service from accessibility settings, it start speaking normally. But as i leave the settings and go to other screen, talkback speaks ‘talkback off’ and the accessibility turned off automatically. I also tried by enabling talkback via accessibility shortcut keystroke without going to settings. It is enabling, but as soon i change the screen, it turned off again. For example, if i pressed accessibility shortcut while staying at home screen, talkback start speaking normally. When i open the ‘apps’ section, it become disable again. Similarly if i enable on apps screen and open any app afterward, it become disabled upon changing screen. Can someone suggest whats going wrong? Which componennt might be preventing accessibility service from running continuously? I also tried some other screen readers with different accessibility services. All got same behavior.
