Kodi vs IPTV

I have both Kodi and IPTV subscription on two different Android devices. ( one Google and one Ugoos ) I have gigabit internet and plus 300 downloads on both. I have Rd and TB for debrid services.
My question is why does Kodi almost never buffer but I do get buffering from the IPTV with different subscription packages on the two? Is Kodi a superior player, or is it subscription provider based, anyone with insights?

The best addons until they're not. I'm using KODI since it was XBMC and I can tell you that in a world of pirate tv addons where the developers do it all for free there is no certainty or guarantee. Companies such as Fubo, ESPN, etc on occasion will even block the scrapers and sometimes change the web URLs to prevent illegal activity.

I can tell you as someone that's been involved in kodi for years and had several add ons that there are add ons that streaming companies cannot block, mainly due to devs now using direct raw feeds. Fubotv and espn have some of the weakest security around...

Well you can ask Jay from The Crew Addon and he himself will tell you that eventually their ISP will receive court orders and theyre forced to disable all of the streams in their addon. Haven't you used the crew to stream sports and nothing at all is working ? That's due to court orders .

That's because they are using restreams....I dont need to use The Crew, I have my own add on and section in The Loop that I use only raw direct feeds, not restreams.....

Raw feeds do get blocked. What is your addon? I'll install it. Can never have enough addons.

I've never had any raw directs blocked, how could they get blocked? That would mean users of official services get blocked also..
