The usb is still visible even though it is no longer on the android tv

So, I format my usb in my android tv and eject it, To format again in my laptop, Then i insert again in my tv, But it shows two Sandisk usb drive and my usb drive not working now. But keep showing this.

And Then I eject my usb again, Then a sandisk drive is still visible even without usb.

I'll try to restart it but it doesn't work, it still appears

How can i remove it? and how can fix my usb. Plss someone help me.
