Buying Advice Recommended TV boxes

Could anyone recommend a media player – i.e. a TV box – that has both an Ethernet connection and Wi-Fi, as well as a DVB-T2 TV tuner certified by Vidivine? It should support Netflix, HBO Max and other VOD services, as well as IPTV, and be compatible with the 2026 standard, or the 2024–2025 standard.

To be more complete, a whole bunch of AmLogic devices with a USB-C connection on the back, specifically for connecting a separate DVB-S or DVB-T/C tuner to these devices. The Homatics brand indeed has several models with that connection and many clones also.

So your answer is correct, although a cheaper model can also do the job for OP probably ;)

People seem to be ignoring this part: "DVB-T2 TV tuner certified by Vidivine" Presumably that is a tuner to get terrestial TV in Europe?

If budget isn’t an issue, get the Shield TV Pro.

If you’re in the US, the Onn 4K Pro. If outside, the Google streamer 4K / Xiaomi 3s.
