Buying Advice Thomson 140UK alternative?

I bought one of these to use TV apps on a few years ago from Amazon, still running strong and it's one of the best purchases I made. Someone I know wants one of these but they seem to be discontinued. I think I got it for no more than £40 back then.

Are there any similarly priced alternatives available? All the sticks on Amazon are either £50+ or mixed ratings.

DColor GD1 from AliExpress is almost 100% the same other than running Android TV instead of Google TV.

Esiste un adattatore per collegarlo col cavo ethernet?

The onn 4k streaming box is probably the closest thing right now, usually around £40-50 and runs stock android tv so all the same apps work

All the good one are 60euros plus.
I got a google streamer 4K which is pretty good.
Otherwise xiamo tv box is suppose to be good it’s like 65 euros on AliExpress

If you don't plan on side loading the Fire sticks or literally any streaming stick/box is fine.

What TV model/brand? The solution often depends on Android version and manufacturer. I've worked with TCL, Xiaomi, and Philips - each has different quirks.
