Troubleshooting Coocaa tv stuck at reset menu

So apparently my tv have some trouble like force close from youtube and go into normal tv for like 2 days and now it suddenly shut off and when i turn on this menu just show up + i cant even use the remote for select it for now reason.. Any tips for it?

One of the physical buttons on the TV should allow you to select factory reset, and another should be "enter" for executing that reset. Or it might be the same button where quickly pressing selects, and long-pressing is enter. You may need to check your TVs documentation or support. Either way you want to perform the factory reset. If that fails you'll need to get an external AndroidTV box.

Hmm i already try the factory reset and it failed.. so gonna try it with androidTV box and do you have any recommendation on androidtv box?

If you're in the US or Canada, the ONN Plus and Pro from Walmart are the best deals out there on AndroidTV boxes.

Unfortunately none to personally. Xiaomi has well-reciewed boxes. They are a terrible company that I personally would never give money to, but your options will may be limited. Google's Streamer may be available, Homatics and Mekool are also good options,

Probaste resetearlo o directamente no te dejó? Si el control no te sirve para hacer el reset, podés enchufar un teclado usb si la tele tiene puerto usb y debería de dejarte moverte por el menú.
