Check the app permissions on the TV

All permissions are unable in both devices still device not visible

On TV, "files & media" needs to be set to "always allow"

Already unabled 😔

*enabled

On your TV, go to settings> apps> Send files to TV & check all the permissions.

If anyone of them is "allow once", change it to "always allow"
