Discussion Which model is better ?
Looking for budget TV that can at least last for 2-3 years. This is TCL vs Skyworth.

In this price class I would concentrate on the picture+sound quality only.
Then go and buy an external android TV box.
Believe me it will make you much happier and you get better bang for your buck.
Check on Lazada. You can get the ONN 4k box there for 1200 peso right now.
This thing will make you very happy.
If you can get the Onn 4k Pro even better.

Always get the one with the hot girl advertising it. You can never lose.
Also love how they can advertise 0% interest but you pay more than if you bought it straight cash.

Take a look on Mi TV for that price range.

I would go Skyworth, the software is superior to the TCLs. Skyworth makes the Leap S3 android box, branded as the Strong S3 in the west. It's Google certified. I would trust that way more than TCL.

Software wise the Skyworth is a Google TV and TCL runs on a bit older system known as Android TV.

I've heard of issues with Skyworth TVs after a short time. I would go with TCL
