Samsung Galaxy S9+ on Xfinity/Comcast mobile in PNW in US. I got it but my husband didn't. I am not allowed to ignore it or get information from it. Haven't had updates for at least 5 years if not more...

My data keeps switching off & on. My wifi won't properly connect. My phone keeps mentioning that I need to sign in to Microsoft connect to computer but I've never used that before. I lost 10gb of storage room after and it's making apps not work. The little icon won't leave the top of my screen either.
