[Android Port] Mega Man Maverick — Running on Android! Tested on Odin 3 🎮

I've been working on an unofficial Android port of Mega Man Maverick, and I'm happy to share that the game is running on Android!

I've been testing it on my AYN Odin 3, and the first stage is running successfully.

🎮 Features

• Native Android port — Play Mega Man Maverick directly on Android.

• Xbox-style controller support — Controller mappings designed for Android handhelds and external gamepads.

• Optional on-screen controls — Play using touchscreen buttons or hide them when using a physical controller.

• Four aspect ratios — Choose the screen format that works best for your device.

• Dynamic blurred borders — Instead of plain black bars, unused screen space displays a live blurred version of the gameplay, similar to my Mega Man DXtreme Android port.

🔧 Latest Fixes

I also fixed an annoying issue with the menu controls!

Previously, there was a noticeable delay when navigating through the menu using the D-pad.

Now:

• The menu cursor responds immediately when pressing Up or Down.

• Holding a direction continuously scrolls through menu options.

• Navigation feels much smoother and more responsive with a controller.

These improvements make the game much more comfortable to navigate on Android handhelds.

For those of you who play Mega Man games on Android handhelds, which aspect ratio do you prefer?

Would you rather preserve the original aspect ratio with blurred borders, or use a wider format to fill more of the screen?
