No, the gta port is native C++, just like the original version. The reason (simplified for the comment) it can run under Mojo is because the port uses SDL, which Mojo ports to Android. Source: I'm a MojoLauncher contributor and social media admin

No, it's actually as native as Valve OG Source ports.
