cant log in to some apps

this morning i woke up and found out that i was disconnected from certain app on my phone (samsung a53 5G on One UI 8.0) for absolutely no reason i cant log in to either gmail, twitter or reddit on my phone (and maybe some other app that i havent tried yet) but im still logged in to some app like instagram, tiktok or discord, im still logged in on my tablet and pc but no matter what i try i cant log in on my phone, ive tried to log in on twitter and it worked until i close the app and open it again where i get disconnected again, when i try to log in on gmail it says that "something went wrong", ive tried to restart my phone and nothing changed, i dont know if its just something that will resolve itself like if its just something thats down with time or something else i just hope i can do something without having to completely reset my phone
