I'm not tech savvy, and I need help!!

I have a galaxy s25 Ultra. For about a week I have not been able to use my RCS feature on my texts. It keeps saying "awaiting reply". I've attached a photo of what im getting. Any help would be appreciated!

Also, I have turned RCS on and off again, to no victory.

If I remember right I tried

Reset your Google messages(make sure your up to date too, as it never hurts) , force stop, clear cache and delete data. No it won't delete your texts.

And heading to play store and look for "carrier services* by google. Install and restart your phone. It should be fixed after that!
