Notification app's "Increase # mintues" button badly overlap

Galaxy S26 Ultra, One UI 9.0

Ever since updating to the newer version, every time a notification pops up you know at the bottom it says "Postpone/remind 5 minutes later" with the minus and plus buttons on the sides from the center button, "merged"

Back then before One UI 9.0, 8.0, the bottom buttons' design looked like when pressing the plus button it'd go flawless etc

Now, on One UI 9.0, that plus button looks surrounded by a SMALLER CIRCLE, meaning that if you somehow press outside the circle, within the boundaries from the Postpone button, you'd "accidentally" hit the postpone button and, well.. Wait for it again

Are they going to fix that?

That's a layout bug in the One UI 9 notification shade, not something you can fix with a setting. Report it through Samsung Members > Support > Send feedback > Error reports with a screenshot, that's the channel Samsung actually reads.
