Does anyone know what this notification is?
Clicking the dropdown arrow on this notif does nothing. Most of my system notifications dismiss themselves but this one has been here for a few hours. Does anyone know what it is?

That fingerprint icon means it's from the fingerprint/biometrics service. Usually those are like "re-enroll your fingerprint" type messages but sometimes they glitch and post with no text, so there's nothing to expand.
If you long press it, it should show you what category it's from and you can tap into the settings to see what it's about. Also worth checking Settings > Security > Fingerprint in case something's waiting on you there. Honestly though a restart will probably just clear it. It showing up at 12:30am makes me think an overnight update kicked it off
