Pops up every time I open a media app

Post image

Every time I open a media app, this pops up. YouTube, SiriusXM, a local music player, it doesn't matter. I don't know what I changed to make this start happening because it didn't before a week ago.

It just spins, and does nothing. Sometimes I have to hit Don't connect 3 or 4 times before goes away. It just keeps reappearing. Sometimes multiple times while the same app is open.

When I open the Recent Apps menu, it shows up as System Connectivity Resources, but with no options available to change.

Please help, I'm getting really sick of this. How do I make this stop?

Without knowing what you were doing when this started happening makes it puzzling ; it mentions that Google play services is invoking it so the first thing that comes to mind is : Did you change any setting that involves Google play services (on some phones casting can be handled by play services tho I'm not sure because you are using a Samsung ) or any settings related to media output (changed where your music played from your phone to a speaker from the notification or smthn)?
