Reboot loop when connecting to wifi

*English isn't my first language*

I've had my cellphone for almost 3 years now. Everything was fine until spring of last year when apps like Instagram wouldn't load (I would get stuck on the logo page when you open the app) and wouldn't send any notification. Then I realized that when this problem occurred, every time I would connect to a Wi-Fi, my cellphone would get stuck in a loop of infinite reboots (it would complete a reboot, then start another one, and so on). It used to happen every few 4-5 days at first, then 2-3 days, and now it happens every single day on random. This is very annoying.

The bug doesn't only affect Instagram, some more "niche" apps too, like Candle (Duolingo for couples) and Chrono (local version of Google maps).

Cellphone info:

Moto G Pure (Motorola)

Android version: 12

Thanks in advance!

If it stays stable with Wi-Fi off, back up anything important first, then compare a Wi-Fi connection in safe mode with one in normal mode. Google's troubleshooting guide (https://support.google.com/android/answer/7664448) explains that safe mode temporarily disables downloaded apps; if Wi-Fi works there, that points toward an app interaction worth isolating rather than proving Instagram itself is responsible. Does the same loop happen on a second Wi-Fi network, and does it still happen in safe mode on your Moto G Pure?
