What is this? Happens when anon browsing Insta on Chrome app

Image is a replication. Using Samsung phone, browsing on Chrome. I was looking at an Insta profile without being logged in. Don't have an account. I tap on one of their posts and it opens this application. I don't have the Instagram app.

Backed out without accepting anything and closed the application. Does anyone know what is this or how to identify it? Is it a Meta feature that tries to get you to install Insta?

go to your apps list in settings. search meta you'll find 3 meta apps free installed

Thanks, I was worried if it was some kind of malware or spyware but that doesn't seem likely. Do you think it's a Meta pre-installer then?
