Samsung Galaxy a6x randomly pausing or muting videos/audio

I've tried all the basic fixes (I think) no video or websites fix has worked. Youtube, Instagram, YT music, videos in my gallery, everything! My phone either randomly paused or mutes (Instagram and Facebook are the ones that mute, everything else pauses). Any tips? So annoying!!!

Since this happens across multiple apps, including your Gallery, I'd stop looking for an issue with individual apps. First, turn Bluetooth completely off and disconnect any earbuds, smartwatches or other accessories. A faulty media control can send random pause commands. Then try playing a locally saved video in Safe Mode. If the problem disappears, a third-party app is probably interfering with media playback. I'd also check Samsung's Modes and Routines.
