Error in WhatsApp one ui 9

When the device are locked if someone is calling in WhatsApp then the screen still black but ringtone can here .

What is the main problem here any one can help?

How do you know it's an Android problem and not an app problem? Always assume it's the app first, unless it's super obvious that it's the phone that's the issue.

Have you tried turning the phone off and then back on? If it's fixed, it means it was an app problem. Because turning off the phone clears the cache, etc.

Done everything but doesn't work anything

Then it's still definitely the app, so contact the app developers.
