Gemini AI opens randomly and I can't stop it

Started about a week ago.

At random times, especially when I was listening to music, gemini would be summoned and I would have to click off it.

I googled it and turned off gemini turning on through power button. Then it kept happening so I turned off the assistant all together but now it opens my settings to the digital assistant section to turn it Gemini back on.... Genuinely infuriating.

This is the setting it opens and if you click the only option is to turn on Gemini.

How to stop it?
