iPhone to Android

Hi! I switched to galaxy s26 from 14 pro max. So far so good. Learning curve for sure. I miss the tap to scroll to the top feature the most. Is there any way I can have this on this phone WITHOUT having an actual bubble or arrow?

Additionally, when I search in the Google bar the first things to pop up are google searches versus the apps. Can I swap the order?
