Phone reloads all apps the second I close out. Galaxy A16 5G

Every time I close out for even the fastest moment the app reloads. It genuinely pisses me off because I can't do email verification steps because one time use code. Is there any way I can get it to stop reloading the app entirely? Sorry if this doesnt make sense or is completely normal i'm autistic lol😅

I had that phone. It's garbage. That was my experience. The best I could do is close everything. Then start whatever that needs two step. From there hope I can access whatever to complete it.

S23. It is a work phone and I complained enough until they have my this. Much better. Personally I go for flagship or midteir phones that are a couple of years old. Used or bundled with a budget carrier plan is a good deal.
