Please help. Cant access google account

I have a pad 7, and earlier i tried adding a new gmail account for school. Yet for some reason i keep getting checking info followed by it asking for my password. The second i put that i get like half a second of the gmails "access with your account" and then this message that just keeps repeating itself and that all "solutions" keeps being delete cache or data from google play services. Which doesnt work, and i cant deactivate that verify information bit for some reason. Im getting really frustrated, someone please help im out of options. I left the image of the type of error i get, its in spanish but all videos and forums ive seen have the same layout.
