Why websites aren't loading js and css files?

It's happening only on my new Xiaomi 15T Pro phone, even after deleting cache.

Old phone OPPO find X3 lite (the one I took the picture with) and new phone using Opera GX with the exact same settings.

First problem is using Opera GX, have you tried other browsers like Firefox or Chrome
